During your engagement assessment, we'll discuss where you are in your healing journey and where you want to go. Most women intuitively know which level feels right, but I'm here to guide you if you're unsure.

Absolutely. You can upgrade to the next level at any time as you're ready for deeper work. Many women progress through all three levels over time.

Plan for 2-3 hours per week including group calls, community engagement, and personal work. This is designed to fit into your busy professional schedule.

All calls are recorded and available in your member portal. You can also submit questions ahead of time to be addressed during the session.

Yes, we offer payment plans for all levels. Details will be discussed during your application call based on your specific situation.

This is coaching focused on moving forward and creating new patterns, not processing past trauma. If you need therapeutic support, I can provide referrals.
