From Surviving Love To Thriving

I know exactly where you are because I've been there too.

You're successful, financially stable, and you've built a life you're proud of. But when it comes to love, you're still operating from a place of fear. You're afraid of repeating the same toxic patterns, so you've withdrawn from meaningful relationships altogether.

I get it because I lived it.

My name is LaToyia Conway Hampton, and I'm a trauma-informed love coach who's spent the last 27 years helping women break free from the exact patterns that once kept me stuck. I've walked alongside over 300 women as they've moved from surviving love to thriving in it, and I can help you do the same.

I'm not just speaking from training or theory. I'm speaking from lived experience, deep healing, and the joy that comes from choosing secure love after surviving the worst.

I survived domestic violence so severe that I temporarily lost my children through the court system. That moment became my catalyst for change, not only for myself but for my nonprofit organization, and it all began with looking within. Today, I'm happily married to my husband Bobby, we have 9 children and 25 grandchildren, and I spend my free time driving our RV across the country with my knight in shining armor.

I'm living proof that you can go from surviving love to thriving in it. And I'm here to show you how.

Treasure Principles

Freedom

True freedom means breaking the emotional self-bondage that keeps you stuck in survival mode. I help women embrace both internal and external freedom so they can choose love that includes both security and adventure. Freedom is fun, and you deserve relationships that enhance your life, never control it.

Self-Worth

Everything I do centers on helping women fall madly in love with themselves. When you truly know your worth, you stop accepting crumbs and start choosing what you actually deserve. Safety and love are your birthright, and my job is to help you believe that in your bones.

Faith

My work is spirit-led, guided by divine purpose. I believe God called me into this season of coaching, and every woman I serve is part of a divine assignment. My approach is rooted in faith while remaining accessible to all beliefs—honoring the spiritual foundation that guides real transformation and lasting healing.

Impact

I'm changing generational patterns, one woman at a time. When you heal, you change the story for your children, grandchildren, and every woman who comes after you. This work creates ripple effects of healing that extend far beyond your own transformation.

My Story

For years, I thought being strong meant I could handle anything. I built a successful career, took care of everyone around me, and convinced myself that surviving was enough. But deep down, I was terrified of my own judgment when it came to love.

I spent years asking myself the same question you're probably asking: "Am I enough?" The answer was always yes, but I didn't believe it in my bones. I had to learn the difference between knowing my worth intellectually and actually living like I believed it.

The real work wasn't just leaving toxic situations—it was rewiring how I saw myself and what I deserved. I had to learn that boundaries weren't walls to keep people out, but invitations for the right people to love me better. I had to discover that peace wasn't boring—it was powerful.

Most importantly, I had to learn that healing doesn't happen in isolation. Community changed everything for me, and it's why I've built my entire approach around women supporting women through transformation.

The woman who once accepted crumbs is now living her wildest dreams with a man who treats her like the queen she always was. That same transformation is possible for you.

Why I Do This Work

This work chose me long before I chose it. When I was at my lowest point, temporarily separated from my children and facing the reality of my choices, I made a promise to God and to myself: if I could break free from these patterns, I would spend my life helping other women do the same.

That promise became my calling. For 27 years, I've walked alongside over 300 women as they've moved from surviving to thriving, and every single transformation reminds me why I'm here. When I see a woman choose herself for the first time, when I watch her set a boundary that feels loving instead of harsh, when she calls to tell me she's finally with someone who treats her like the queen she is—that's when I know I'm living my purpose.

I do this work because I believe every woman deserves to experience love that feels as good as it looks. I believe you deserve relationships that enhance your life, not complicate it. I believe you deserve to feel safe choosing love because you've learned to choose yourself first.

But here's the deeper truth: I do this work because I know what's possible when one woman heals. You don't just change your own life—you change the trajectory for your children, your grandchildren, and every woman who watches you choose better. You become living proof that transformation is possible.

This work is my ministry, my mission, and my greatest joy.

I’ll Walk Alongside You

My approach is built on four pillars that make transformation both effective and sustainable. This combination creates lasting change because it honors who you are while guiding you toward who you're becoming.

  • I understand how past experiences shape your current choices, and I create safe spaces for healing without re-traumatizing. My approach honors your survival responses while helping you develop new patterns. Women from all walks of life and faith beliefs are welcome in my community—you'll find acceptance and support regardless of your background or beliefs.

  • I see you as already powerful, not broken. You don't need fixing—you need strategic guidance on how to use your existing strength to choose instead of picking. My approach builds on what you've already accomplished rather than focusing on what's wrong with you.

  • I don't believe in healing in isolation. You've been trying to figure this out alone for too long, and that's exactly why the same patterns keep showing up. My programs are designed around women supporting women, because when you see other strong women choosing themselves first, it gives you permission to do the same.

  • I believe transformation can be enjoyable. Healing doesn't have to be heavy, boundaries don't have to be harsh, and secure love can absolutely be fun. You deserve relationships that include both safety and adventure, both commitment and freedom.

Welcome to the Royal Table Talk. Here is where we come together to break the Silence about Sexual, Spiritual, emotional, Financial and Physical abuse. Each week we will deliver a candied conversation on how to step into your resilience, start living again and push past the negative chatter that has been instilled by abuse. These dialogues are filled with strategies for eliminating past trauma that prevents you from embracing your freedom.

My Big Vision

I'm building something bigger than individual transformation—I'm creating a movement of women who refuse to settle and who model what secure, joyful love looks like for the next generation.

My vision is a global community where high-achieving women support each other through every stage of choosing themselves first. I'm raising up leaders within my community who will carry this work forward, creating a sustainable network of healing that extends far beyond what I can do alone.

I see women breaking generational patterns in their own families while becoming mentors who guide other women through their transformations. I envision a world where daughters and granddaughters grow up seeing examples of secure love, healthy boundaries, and the kind of freedom that comes from knowing your worth.

In the next five years, I'll be traveling the country in my RV with Bobby, living the freedom I teach while supporting my community and trained leaders continue the work. I'm building systems and raising up women who can carry the mission forward long after I step back from day-to-day operations.

The ripple effects of this work will touch thousands of women, their children, and their children's children. We're changing the story of what love looks like for generations to come.

That's the legacy I'm building, and every woman who joins this community becomes part of that vision.

Your Next Step

HEY BEAUTIFUL

You've read this far because something inside you knows it's time. You're tired of the same patterns, ready for secure love, and you want to do this work alongside women who understand your journey.

I have three ways we can work together through my community programs: Reclaim (learning to choose yourself first), Rebuild (upgrading your boundaries and standards), and Reign (thriving in secure love while building your legacy).

During your clarity call, we'll talk through where you are and where you want to go. I'll help you determine which level is your best starting point, and you'll get a feel for whether this community is the right fit for your transformation.

You don't have to figure this out alone anymore. Your community of strong women is waiting.

Ready to stop surviving love and start thriving in it? Let's talk.
